Your enterprise/organisation provides MARFIT with a proper room for work-out and makes an order for regular activities (content may be discussed separately). Contract periods available 6, 12 and 24 months with 2 options – daily Monday to Friday or weekly – once or twice per week.

Participants only need to wear comfortable and suitable sport/fitness clothes and shoes and to bring an own gym mat. Some might want to use fitness glove, too. Nevertheless that is not compulsory.

MARFIT brings always music, motivation and instructions.

Your enterprise provides MARFIT with a suitable room for work-outs and Your employees will individually pay an “entrance fee”. Of course You may also sponsor that!

Trainer will always have a word with group in the beginning of each season to settle a favorised program. That may include outdoor or indoor training, core, bodyweight training, running...

Participants need to wear comfortable sport/fitness clothes, suitable shoes and have a gym mat. Some might want to use fitness gloves but it is not compulsory.

New participants are wellcome throughout the year. There is no need to have previous training excercise.
